（'Times New Roman','serif';color:black\">9）具有依法繳納社保和稅收的良好記錄；（提供'Times New Roman','serif';color:black\">2024年全年繳納社保和稅收的證明）

（'Times New Roman','serif'\">11）技術(shù)負(fù)責(zé)人'Times New Roman','serif'\">:具有暖通類相關(guān)專業(yè)中級及以上職稱，從事工程項(xiàng)目管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)'Times New Roman','serif'\">5年以上'Times New Roman','serif'\">(提供工作證明作為項(xiàng)目管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)'Times New Roman','serif'\">)。技術(shù)負(fù)責(zé)人須提供職稱證，近'Times New Roman','serif'\">6個(gè)月社保部門提供的投標(biāo)人為其繳納的社保證明材料并加蓋公章。

（'Times New Roman','serif'\">12）其他管理人員'Times New Roman','serif'\">:施工員'Times New Roman','serif'\">1人，質(zhì)量員'Times New Roman','serif'\">1人，安全員'Times New Roman','serif'\">1人，材料員'Times New Roman','serif'\">1人，資料員'Times New Roman','serif'\">1人。須提供崗位證書或單位任命書復(fù)印件或掃描件，安全員的提供安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證（'Times New Roman','serif'\">C類），以上人員近'Times New Roman','serif'\">6個(gè)月社保部門提供的投標(biāo)人為其繳納的社保證明材料并加蓋公章。

（'Times New Roman','serif'\">13）本項(xiàng)目不接受聯(lián)合體投標(biāo)，不接受分包、轉(zhuǎn)包，提供書面承諾函（格式自擬）。

（'Times New Roman','serif'\">14）財(cái)務(wù)要求'Times New Roman','serif'\">:投標(biāo)人應(yīng)遞交本企業(yè)近'Times New Roman','serif'\">2年經(jīng)注冊會計(jì)師事務(wù)所或?qū)徲?jì)機(jī)構(gòu)審計(jì)的財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)告表（新成立企業(yè)可根據(jù)自身情況酌情遞交相關(guān)材料），近'Times New Roman','serif'\">2年指'Times New Roman','serif'\">2022、'Times New Roman','serif'\">2023年度。
