3、投標(biāo)人資格要求投標(biāo)人應(yīng)具備的資格或業(yè)績:對投標(biāo)人的資格和業(yè)績要求：Requirements for Qualification and reference of Bidder: （1）資格要求 Requirements for Qualification of Bidder A．如果投標(biāo)人為境內(nèi)注冊公司，投標(biāo)人需提供合法有效的企業(yè)法人營業(yè)執(zhí)照、稅務(wù)登記證及組織機構(gòu)代碼證或證照合一的營業(yè)執(zhí)照，投標(biāo)時需提供原件掃描件（原件備查）；如果投標(biāo)人為境外注冊公司，需提供有效的公司登記注冊證明；A．The bidder within the customs territory shall provide valid independent legal person business license, tax registration certificate, organization code certificate, or combined certificate and business license.？The scanned copy of the original shall be provided during bidding (the original copy for reference).The bidder outside the customs territory shall provide valid certificate to prove valid business registration certificate.B. 投標(biāo)人應(yīng)為所投貨物的制造商。本次招標(biāo)不接的設(shè)計單位名稱。中國境內(nèi)的設(shè)計單位須持有《中華人民共和國特種設(shè)備生產(chǎn)許可證》-壓力容器分析設(shè)計（SAD資質(zhì)），且證書在有效期內(nèi)。投標(biāo)時需提供原件掃描件（原件備查）。C. The name of design company which would be commissioned to design the bidding products shall be specified in the bidding document. Domestic design company shall provide “pressure vessel Design License”--Pressure Vessel Analysis and Design Qualification (SAD) and the license shall be within the validity period. The scanned copy of the original shall be provided during bidding (the original copy for reference). （3）業(yè)績要求Requirement for Bidder's reference:2013年1月1日至投標(biāo)截止日（以合同簽署時間為準(zhǔn)），投標(biāo)人所投產(chǎn)品的制造商應(yīng)具有至少2個項目的EO/EG裝置EO反應(yīng)器供貨業(yè)績（同一項目提供多個合同視為一個業(yè)績），且均滿足直徑≥6200mm技術(shù)要求。From January 1, 2013 to the deadline for submission of bids (subject to the time of signing the contract), the manufacturer of the products submitted by the bidder shall have at least 2 projects EO Reactor of the EO/EG Unit supply performance(providing multiple contracts for the same project is considered one performance), and meet the technical requirements of diameter ≥6200mm. 投標(biāo)人須按規(guī)定格式提交業(yè)績表，并提交相關(guān)業(yè)績證明文件。業(yè)績證明文件包括但不限于：1）銷售合同復(fù)印件（含相關(guān)技術(shù)附件和設(shè)計圖紙）和2）到貨驗收材料。投標(biāo)人所提交的業(yè)績證明文件必須至少體現(xiàn)以下內(nèi)容：合同簽署時間、制造商名稱、貨物名稱、項目名稱、裝置名稱、反應(yīng)器直徑及到貨驗收材料。 The Bidder shall furnish reference List in given form, and provide corresponding documentary evidence. The documentary evidence shall include but not limited to: 1) copies of sales contract (including technical appendix and design drawing) and 2) Receiving certificate of arrival of goods. The reference evidence certification furnished by Bidder shall as least demonstrate the content show as follows: Date of signing contract, name of manufacturer, name of Goods, name of project, name of unit, diameter of reactor and receiving certificate of arrival of goods.未提交業(yè)績證明文件，或所提供的業(yè)績證明文件無法體現(xiàn)合同簽署時間、制造商名稱、貨物名稱、項目名稱、反應(yīng)器直徑及到貨驗收材料的，均視為無效業(yè)績。 If no documentary evidence furnished, or documentary evidence furnished can not demonstrate Date of signing Contract, name of manufacturer, name of Goods, name of project, diameter of reactor and receiving certificate of arrival of goods, the relevant reference will be deemed invalid.投標(biāo)人所投產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計單位需提供至少2個項目EO反應(yīng)器的設(shè)計圖紙復(fù)印件或其它能有效證明設(shè)計業(yè)績的資料。The design company of the products submitted by the bidder shall provide copies of design drawing of at least 2 projects EO Reactor or other evidences that can effectively prove the design performance.是否接受聯(lián)合體投標(biāo):不接受未領(lǐng)購招標(biāo)文件是否可以參加投標(biāo):不可以4、
