If the bidder is an agent, bidder shall obtain the legal and formal authorization from the manufacturer of the goods to provide the goods for this bidding.D.是否接受聯(lián)合體投標(biāo)：否Joint Venture: Not Accepted.E.未領(lǐng)購招標(biāo)文件是否可以參加投標(biāo):不可以。Bid without the bidding documents：NOT Available. （2）業(yè)績要求Requirement for Bidder's reference:2020年01月01日至投標(biāo)截止日（以合同簽署時(shí)間為準(zhǔn)），投標(biāo)人所投產(chǎn)品的制造商應(yīng)具有至少1個(gè)可對巖心薄片進(jìn)行自動(dòng)進(jìn)片、自動(dòng)全幅面采集系統(tǒng)供貨業(yè)績。From Jan. 1st, 2020 to the deadline for submission of bids (subject to the time of signing the contract), the manufacturer of the products submitted by the bidder shall have at least one performance is the？core？thin？slice？can？be？fed？automatically？and？Full-width Automatic Collection System for Core Slices. 投標(biāo)人須按規(guī)定格式提交業(yè)績表，并提交相關(guān)業(yè)績證明文件。業(yè)績證明文件包括但不限于：1）銷售合同復(fù)印件（含相關(guān)技術(shù)附件）和2）到貨驗(yàn)收材料。投標(biāo)人所提交的業(yè)績證明文件必須至少體現(xiàn)以下內(nèi)容：合同簽署時(shí)間、制造商名稱、貨物名稱及到貨驗(yàn)收材料。 The Bidder shall furnish reference List in given form, and provide corresponding documentary evidence. The documentary evidence shall include but not limited to: 1) copies of sales contract (including technical appendix) and 2) Receiving certificate of arrival of goods.
