Requirements for Qualification，reference and Classification of Bidder:
（1）資格要求
Requirements for Qualification of？Bidder
投標人應(yīng)為所投貨物的制造商或授權(quán)代理商。如果投標人是代理商，則須提供制造商有效授權(quán)書。
The bidder shall be the manufacturer or agent of bid goods. If the bidder is an agent, it shall provide a valid Letter of Authority from Manufacturer.
如果投標人為境內(nèi)注冊公司，需提供有效的營業(yè)執(zhí)照（具備獨立法人資格）復印件，并加蓋公章（以上證明文件在年審有效期內(nèi)）；
如果投標人為境外注冊公司，需提供有效的公司登記注冊證明。
If the Bidder is domestic registered company, photocopies with Bidder’s official seal of valid business license shall be provided (such document within the validity period);
If the bidder is an overseas registered company, it shall provide valid company registration certificate.
產(chǎn)品制造商應(yīng)在中國設(shè)有技術(shù)服務(wù)中心，具有技術(shù)支持、服務(wù)和維護能力，在中國境內(nèi)有傳感器多點標定裝置和服務(wù)能力。投標方在投標文件中說明其具有的現(xiàn)場技術(shù)支持和維護能力及組織結(jié)構(gòu)，提供多點標定裝置和服務(wù)能力的證明（要求提供專業(yè)機構(gòu)出具的多點標定證書）。
The？manufacturer of bid goods should set up technical service center in China and hA/Ve the ability of providing technical maintenance support, meanwhile, the manufacturer should also hA/Ve sensor multi-standardization device and provide service. The Bidder should demonsatrate its site technical support, maintenance ability and organization chart in bidding documents（sensor multi-standardization certificate issued by the professional institute should be submitted） .
（2）業(yè)績要求：
Requirement？for Bidder's reference:
投標貨物的制造商必須具有在2008年1月1日至2018年12月31日簽署的應(yīng)用于PX裝置或連續(xù)重整裝置或加氫裂化裝置的微量水分析儀銷售業(yè)績（至少2個應(yīng)用于PX裝置或連續(xù)重整裝置或加氫裂化裝置的微量水分析儀銷售業(yè)績，且其中至少一個銷售業(yè)績應(yīng)用于PX裝置上）。
The？manufacturer of bid goods must hA/Ve Moisture Analyzers project sales performances for PX Plant？or？Continuous Reforming Plant？or？Hydrocracking Plant with contract signature date between January 1st, 2008 and and December 31, 2018 (the bidder should provide at least？2 sales performances？in？PX？Plant？or？Continuous？Reforming？Plant？or？Hydrocracking？Plant？ and there must contain ？at？least？1 sales performance？in？PX？plant ).
投標人須按規(guī)定格式提交業(yè)績表，并提交相關(guān)業(yè)績證明文件。業(yè)績證明文件包括但不限于：無價銷售合同影印件（含相關(guān)技術(shù)附件）。投標人所提交的業(yè)績證明文件必須至少體現(xiàn)以下內(nèi)容：裝置名稱、合同簽署時間、貨物名稱等內(nèi)容。未提交業(yè)績證明文件，或所提供的業(yè)績證明文件無法驗證：裝置名稱、合同簽署時間、貨物名稱等內(nèi)容的，均視為無效業(yè)績。
The bidder should submit the performance references and furnish？reference List in given form, and provide corresponding documentary？evidence. The？documentary evidence shall？include but not limited to: photocopies of？un-priced？sales contract (including technical appendix). The？evidentiary documents provided by Bidder shall as least demonstrate the contents as follows: the plant name, signature date of contract, goods name, etc. If no documentary evidence？furnished, or documentary？evidence？furnished can not demonstrate the plant name, signature date of contract, goods？name, the relevant reference will be deemed unvalid.
