Qualifications or Performance:*) Domestic enterprises with independent legal representative qualification, which could provide valid business license; and overseas enterprises, which are required to provide relevant supporting documents for registration at the address of main manufacturing plant according to the laws of the country (region).

*）The Bidder shall provide the performance of not less than * sets of ***,*** t/a Basell Hostalen HDPE device slurry pumps from January *, **** to the bidding deadline (subject to the Contract signing time), and the performance mentioned above shall have passed the performance assessment and been accepted for more than one year (subject to the issuance time of the performance assessment report).
