3、投標人資格要求 /Qualification Requirements For Bidder： 1)投標人在中華人民共和國境內(nèi)外注冊且具有獨立的法人資格，能提供上述產(chǎn)品及相應(yīng)服務(wù)的代理商或生產(chǎn)廠家；1) the bidder registered within the territory of the People's Republic of China and has independent legal person qualification, can provide the products and corresponding service agents or manufacturers; 2)必須提供所投產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)商針對本次招標項目出具的獨家授權(quán)書；2) must provide the cast product exclusive authorization letter issued by the producer for the project subject to tender; 3)具有招標文件中所需設(shè)備的供貨和售后服務(wù)的能力； 3) with the supply of equipment required in the tender documents and the ability to after-sales service; 4）參加本次招標活動前3年內(nèi)，投標人在經(jīng)營活動中沒有違法記錄，無利用不正當競爭手段騙取中標，無行賄犯罪記錄； 4）To participate in the bidding activities before three years, the bidder does not break the record in business activities, no using to defraud the bidding by means of unfair competition, no bribery crime record;
