CNCCC International Tendering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Tendering Agent”), entrusted by CNOOC China Limited.(hereinafter referred to as “Tenderee”), intends to purchase the Goods and the relevant services required under the project of Dongfang 13-2CEPB Platform Additional Compressor Module Project by International Competitive Bidding. Project Summary：The Dongfang 13-2 CEPB platform is an 8-leg jacket center platform. The project requires adding 3 wet gas pre-compressors, 3 wet gas compressors and 1 dry gas compressor in Dongfang 13-2CEPB, and the related supporting facilities are reformed.

A．國(guó)內(nèi)產(chǎn)品：投標(biāo)人須具有《中華人民共和國(guó)特種設(shè)備生產(chǎn)許可證》，且證書在有效期內(nèi)。其中許可類別為壓力管道元件制造；許可等級(jí)為壓力管道閥門（金屬閥門）(A1、B)。并提供有效的特種設(shè)備型式試驗(yàn)證書（壓力管道元件）且證書批準(zhǔn)范圍涵蓋本次招標(biāo)范圍。投標(biāo)時(shí)需提供證書原件掃描件（原件備查）并可在全國(guó)或省級(jí)特種設(shè)備公示信息查詢平臺(tái)核實(shí)。

B．國(guó)外產(chǎn)品：投標(biāo)產(chǎn)品的制造商應(yīng)當(dāng)取得壓力管道閥門的《中華人民共和國(guó)特種設(shè)備生產(chǎn)許可證》，并通過(guò)型式試驗(yàn)和制造監(jiān)督檢驗(yàn)（或者進(jìn)口安全性能監(jiān)督檢驗(yàn)），且證書批準(zhǔn)范圍涵蓋本次招標(biāo)范圍。過(guò)渡期內(nèi)（2024年5月31日之前）未取得上述證書的，需提供特種設(shè)備型式試驗(yàn)證書（壓力管道元件）,且證書批準(zhǔn)范圍涵蓋本次招標(biāo)范圍。投標(biāo)時(shí)需提供證書原件掃描件（原件備查）并可在全國(guó)或省級(jí)特種設(shè)備公示信息查詢平臺(tái)核實(shí)。
