2. 項目概況與招標(biāo)范圍 2.1 工程名稱： 馬邊彝族自治縣銅槽子水庫及供水工程 監(jiān)理項目 。

2.4 建設(shè)規(guī)模： 工程主要由水源工程和灌區(qū)工程組成，水源工程為銅槽子水庫樞紐，大壩采用 C20 混凝土重力壩，壩頂高程 975.80m，壩長 142m，最大壩高 41.00m；下階段應(yīng)在壩型保持不變、結(jié)合當(dāng)?shù)夭牧锨闆r下，委托專業(yè)科研單位開展堆石混凝土筑壩技術(shù)研究，優(yōu)化大壩經(jīng)濟性。
灌區(qū)工程由 1 條干管和 2 條支管組成，本次設(shè)計包含干管和一期越勝支管，其中干管全長 9.31km；一期越勝支管長 8.785km 。
2.5 計劃工期： 1020日歷天 。
2.6 招標(biāo)范圍： 施工階段及缺陷責(zé)任期內(nèi)全部監(jiān)理、環(huán)保監(jiān)理、水保監(jiān)理、平行檢測、圖紙審查服務(wù) 。
2.7 標(biāo)段劃分： 監(jiān)理1個標(biāo)段 。
3.投標(biāo)人資格要求 3.1 本次招標(biāo)投標(biāo)人須具有獨立法人資格（獨立企業(yè)法人或事業(yè)單位法人）。
3.2 資質(zhì)要求： 具備水利行政主管部門頒發(fā)的水利工程施工監(jiān)理乙級及以上資質(zhì) 。
3.3 業(yè)績要求 2021 年 1 月 1 日以來具有 1 個已完成或在建的投資不少于 12000 萬元的水利工程監(jiān)理業(yè)績 。
3.4 本次招標(biāo) 不接受 聯(lián)合體投標(biāo)。
