GEDA 特別經(jīng)濟(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)區(qū)輸變電項(xiàng)目復(fù)合絕緣子采購(gòu)項(xiàng)目需要，我司擬采用詢比價(jià)采購(gòu)方式進(jìn)行下列貨物的批量采購(gòu)，請(qǐng)按以下要求于 2024 年 05 月 16 日 15 時(shí)
00 分前將報(bào)價(jià)文件上傳至集采平臺(tái)(http:// /)。在線填報(bào)金額必須與附件報(bào)價(jià)單一致，逾期系統(tǒng)將不予受理。

二、付款方式：
1、預(yù)付款：合同簽訂后，賣(mài)方提供合同總價(jià)的 10%預(yù)付款保函及 10%履約保函后，買(mǎi)方在 15 個(gè)工作日內(nèi)賣(mài)方支付合同總價(jià)的 10%預(yù)付款。
2、交貨付款：貨物經(jīng)買(mǎi)方出廠初步驗(yàn)收合格后，賣(mài)方將貨物送到買(mǎi)方指定交貨地點(diǎn)，貨物報(bào)關(guān)發(fā)運(yùn)后，買(mǎi)方以
3、質(zhì)保金：合同金額的 10％作為質(zhì)保金，在質(zhì)保期滿后經(jīng)使用方確認(rèn)后支付合同總價(jià) 10%的貨款。
三、報(bào)價(jià)要求：
1、含到天津港或上海港的車板交貨價(jià)、含 13%全額增值稅專用發(fā)票、包裝費(fèi)、國(guó)內(nèi)運(yùn)輸費(fèi)、保險(xiǎn)費(fèi)、商檢費(fèi)等。
2、設(shè)備質(zhì)保期：質(zhì)保期自貨物到達(dá)國(guó)內(nèi)指定港口交貨后 18 個(gè)月。

3、請(qǐng)注明報(bào)價(jià)有效期。
4、上傳報(bào)價(jià)時(shí)請(qǐng)?zhí)峁?PDF 版和可編輯版。
5、報(bào)價(jià)時(shí)提供詳細(xì)技術(shù)參數(shù)。
6、本批次采購(gòu)交貨地點(diǎn)分為天津港或上海港。
7、報(bào)價(jià)需要提供鐵塔荷載試驗(yàn)，詳見(jiàn)鐵塔技術(shù)要求。四、供貨時(shí)間及 該報(bào)價(jià)單作為后續(xù)合同談判的主要依據(jù)，上述報(bào)價(jià)資料（報(bào)
價(jià)單、設(shè)備詳細(xì)參數(shù)及配置等）請(qǐng)?jiān)?2024 年 5 月 16 日北京時(shí)間 15:00 時(shí)前上傳至集采平臺(tái)(http:// /)。在線填報(bào)金額必須與附件報(bào)價(jià)單一致，逾期系統(tǒng)將不予受理。
六、包裝要求：
6.1 貨物的包裝要符合國(guó)際海（陸）運(yùn)輸要求和我方貨運(yùn)代理的具體要求；若因包裝原因造成的損失均由供方負(fù)責(zé)。
6.2 外包裝箱上嚴(yán)格按合同上的嘜頭標(biāo)記填寫(xiě)合同號(hào)、發(fā)貨單位、外形尺寸等信息。
七、投標(biāo)人資格要求
投標(biāo)人必須滿足以下全部資格要求：
1、投標(biāo)人必須是生產(chǎn)制造廠家，是在中國(guó)境內(nèi)/外注冊(cè)的企業(yè)法人，具有有效期內(nèi)的 ISO9001 質(zhì)量管理體系認(rèn)證證書(shū)以及環(huán)境、職業(yè)健康認(rèn)證證書(shū)，提供五年內(nèi)兩項(xiàng)類似產(chǎn)品不少于 5 萬(wàn)的合同證明材料。
2、投標(biāo)人是增值稅一般納稅人，能開(kāi)具增值稅專用發(fā)票。
3、投標(biāo)人財(cái)務(wù)狀況良好，近三年沒(méi)有處于被責(zé)令停業(yè)，財(cái)產(chǎn)被接管、凍結(jié)、破產(chǎn)狀態(tài)。
